Let's take a Walk in the Old Part of Town! – European Mobility Week

Open Image Gallery

Open Image Gallery

To commemorate European Mobility Week (16th – 22nd September 2022) we have created two individual walks for You in the oldest parts of Zagreb. The walks start at the Ban Jelačić Square and finish at the gates of the Zagreb City Museum. One will take You along Ilica towards St Mark’s Square and the Zagreb City Museum, while the other heads down Dolac, Opatovina and Tkalčićeva Street to the same destination.

To participate in the walks it is necessary to own a mobile phone and a QR code scanner to scan the codes with historical facts about the old parts of Zagreb. QR codes are imbedded into floor labels on the street which will lead you from one destination to the next.

We invite You to pick up Your mobile phone, scan QR codes and learn something new about the City’s history!
